What is MSDS?
MSDS stands for Minimum Service Delivery Standards. They are the standards published by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Care Commission (HCC KP) that a healthcare establishment must implement and pass on assessment to be licensed. Each facility type has its own MSDS manual.
Is registration the same as licensing?
No. Registration with HCC KP is online desk work. Licensing means implementing the MSDS for your facility type and passing assessment. Licensing is what we do.
Which manual applies to my facility?
It depends on the facility type and, for hospitals, the bed count — Cat-1 (50+ beds), Cat-2A (31–49) or Cat-2B (up to 30). Send us both and we confirm it before any work starts. The official HCC KP manuals:
What happens after the provisional licence?
HCC KP issues a 90-day provisional licence after its MSDS training. In that period the facility must implement the MSDS across all departments, then prepare for assessment. We plan and run that implementation with your team. Read the provisional licence guide.
Will my documents be copied from another hospital?
Never. Each set is written for your facility — your staff, posts and services — and numbered to your category's indicators.
How long does it take?
The documentation package is delivered in 1–2 weeks. Full implementation runs alongside your HCC KP implementation window, through mock survey to assessment.
Do you guarantee the licence?
No consultant can. HCC KP alone assesses and licenses facilities. We make sure every requirement is evidenced and your team is ready.
